General booking conditions

These general terms and conditions shall apply to the Customer's bookings of project accommodation through Avisita, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation.

Price

The price to be paid by the Customer for the booked products is indicated in the Customer's confirmation.

If the Customer engages Avisita with a request and has confirmed the request, but then chooses not to complete the booking via Avisita, but completes the booking with another supplier, or directly itself, Avisita reserves the right to charge the Customer for work done according to the principle of current account according to the current price list.

However, if Avisita cannot deliver according to the confirmed booking request, Avisita does not have the right to charge for work performed.

Terms of payment

All bookings are paid by the Customer against an invoice issued in accordance with the payment terms specified in the framework contract, unless otherwise agreed in the confirmation. If the invoice is not paid in accordance with the payment terms, the Customer is not entitled to use the booked accommodation. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that
Avisita receives the correct information for issuing the invoice.

The payment model and terms are stated in the confirmation. Depending on the length, scope and nature of the booking, Avisita applies three different payment models:

Invoicing in arrears - part or all of the booking is invoiced and paid in arrears

Deposit - part of the total value of the booking is invoiced and paid in advance

Advance billing - part or all of the booking is billed and paid in advance

List of names

Names and contact details of guests must be received by Avisita prior to scheduled arrival or as indicated in the confirmation.

Cancellation and changes

Changes and adjustments to the request are free of charge until it is confirmed. However, Avisita has the right, but not an obligation, to charge for administrative work throughout the booking process according to the current price list, for example, that the Customer engages Avisita for administrative work beyond what is considered reasonable to include. Charging shall be agreed with the Customer.

Prices quoted are based on confirmed number and time period. In case of changes to the booking, prices may change.

Cancellations can be made until 17:00 on the day of arrival and are free of charge unless otherwise stated in the confirmation. If canceled later than stated in the booking confirmation, 100% of the booking will be charged unless otherwise agreed.

Changes and cancellations should be made to Avisita, not to the accommodation facility. In urgent cases outside Avisita's opening hours, it can be done directly to the accommodation facility, but must then also be immediately notified to Avisita.

Late arrival and no show

Avisita guarantees the reservation for late arrival. In the event of a no-show, i.e. the guest does not arrive, the Customer will be charged according to the terms of the confirmation.

Customer's commitment and liability for damages, etc.

The Customer is responsible for the persons (guests) to whom the booking relates. This means that the Customer is responsible for:

all costs incurred in connection with the guest's stay at the accommodation, such as additional orders, room service, etc. and not specifically mentioned in the confirmation,

damage and vandalism caused by guests, regardless of the reason, to the accommodation facility or the property of the accommodation facility and not covered by the accommodation facility's insurance,

any additional costs for cleaning, and

that the guests observe the rules of the accommodation facility, such as rules of conduct, etc. In the event that Avisita incurs a cost as a result of the Customer's and the guests' stay at the accommodation facility, the Customer shall indemnify Avisita in respect of such cost, regardless of the reason for the cost's occurrence, and regardless of whether the Customer considers the cost to be incorrect.

If the Customer considers the cost to be incorrect, Avisita shall, however, be obliged to assist the Customer to a reasonable extent in contacts with the accommodation facility to bring forward the Customer's initial dispute and any objections to the cost.

Limitation of liability

Avisita cannot be held liable for any claims that the guest(s) booked for by the Client may have against the accommodation or the accommodation may have against the Client. This includes but is not limited to claims relating to the standard of the accommodation and the actions of
the accommodation. Avisita can never be obliged to compensate the Client for indirect losses, such as loss of production, loss of income or similar.

Avisitas opening hours

Avisita is open on weekdays 8:00-17:00. If other opening hours than the above are required, on-call hours apply. Any on-call hours must be agreed upon by the Customer and Avisita separately and are stated in the confirmation. On-call time is charged at a fixed hourly rate according to the current price list
