Accommodation Management in Real Life

CASE: Aarsleff Pipe has over 30 years of experience in pipeline rehabilitation projects throughout Sweden, and with 118 employees from across the country, this involves a great deal of travel and work in various locations. The issue of housing is important for financial reasons, but also for the well-being of the staff.

Aarsleff has over 30 years of experience working with management renewal around Sweden and with 118 employees from all over the country, it involves a lot of travel and work in different locations. Accommodation is important for economic reasons but also for the well-being of the staff.

Anna-Karin is a production assistant at Aarsleff. Before the collaboration with Avisita, she booked all accommodation herself:

"When I booked myself, I could book up to 165 nights in a week with several changes on top of that, which resulted in my other work not being covered which felt chaotic!"

Anna-Karin now emails the week's booking requisitions to us at Avisita, who take care of the booking. Not having to call around and look for facilities and compare prices saves time in the daily work for other priority tasks. For Aarsleff, the accommodation issue is important as the professional workers are away from their homes and families during the weeks.
