Thanks to the trust of our customers, Avisita has been named a Gazelle company for the fourth time by Dagens industri, an award that only about one percent of Sweden's limited companies achieve.
For us, being on the list once again is not only a proof of stable growth, it is above all a confirmation that more and more companies choose to entrust us with the management of their project housing.
The criteria are tough, which makes us both proud and humble to once again make it all the way.
Growth through trust
Avisita's business concept is simple: to simplify and streamline project accommodation in the Nordic region. Through our platform, we gather booking, administration and follow-up in one place. This allows our customers to focus on optimizing their projects while we take care of the accommodation needs.
Over the four-year period measured by the Gazelle award, Avisita has profitably increased its turnover by 110% and the number of employees has gone from 10 to 17 people on an annual basis.
Growth in numbers is important, but for us the real value is the trust we get from our customers, where every new assignment is proof that the way we work makes a difference.

What are the criteria for becoming a Gazelle company?
The Gazelle survey ranks Sweden's most successful companies based on the last four years' annual reports. To qualify, companies must, among other things:
- A net turnover of over SEK 10 million
- At least ten employees
- A doubling of turnover over a four-year period
- Continuous growth and a positive operating result
