Since 2004, Avisita has been combining technology and personalized service in the field of Accommodation Management. Our mission is to make business travel accommodations a structured and manageable part of operations, with control over costs, compliance, and traceability—for all companies.
Avisita takes a holistic approach to the accommodation challenge and helps companies with recurring needs transition from a fragmented process to a more coordinated solution. Through a combination of a platform and a dedicated customer team, booking, administration, and follow-up are consolidated into a single workflow, which provides a better overview, reduces internal administrative tasks, and fosters a more consistent way of working.
