Avisita creates tailor-made solutions for project accommodation for companies throughout the Nordic region. We are a fast -growing company with a unique platform that helps our customers gain control and streamline the management of their accommodation. In 2025, we booked 120,000 nights and collaborated with 1,100 accommodation providers on behalf of our contract customers.
About the roles
You will play a central role in the customer team, where you will be responsible for the inflow of cases, coordinating bookings, and following up according to clear procedures. This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys structure, pace, and customer contact.
Examples of tasks
- First Line: incoming cases via telephone and email
- Second Line: making reservations for project accommodation
- Manage and follow up on bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure delivery
- Contribute background information/insights in internal meetings
Who are we looking for?
This is a junior role where we are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career. We highly value potential and personality. You are:

- service-oriented and confident on the phone
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: experience in customer service/support/telephone work.
