Project bookings

We help you with project bookings, large or small, long or short.

When it comes to larger projects, we also take requests in the tender phase. This makes it easier for us to seek accommodation in the area for the best availability.

We book apartments, cottages, houses, hostels or hotels. Everything according to your wishes.

We negotiate project rates and flexibility on both hotel and self-catering to give you a secure cost control over the project. The earlier we receive the request, the better the negotiation opportunity.

We also book project accommodation in our neighboring countries and are now VAT registered in Denmark and Finland.

Meetings and events

We are happy to help book conferences, events and activities for you and take care of collecting lists of names, special diets and anchoring the agenda with the facility.

Everything to make it as smooth for you as possible. If you want dinner, activities, transportation and accommodation, we will of course book this as well.

Please also note our opening hours during Easter:

Maundy Thursday: open until 16.00
-Good Friday: closed
-Easter Monday: closed
