What is the LIA traineeship? 

During your LIA period, you will work in our sales team and learn everything from sales processes to customer care and business development. We'll give you a unique insight into the role of an Account Manager and prepare you to enter professional life after graduation.  

Examples of work tasks:  

  • Participate in customer meetings and be involved in building long-term customer relationships.  
  • Support the sales team in the preparation and follow-up of sales activities.
    Learn to work according to the Avisita sales strategy.  
  • Learn negotiation and presentation skills.  
  • Gain experience working with CRM systems.  
  • Collaborate with our teams to develop business and create customer value.

Who are we looking for?  

We are looking for people who:  

  • Are a student about to complete your second LIA period in sales.  
  • Is outgoing, solution-oriented and passionate about building relationships.  
  • Have a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic working environment.  
  • Have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

The internship is located at our office in Kållered.
