Your main task as a booking coordinator is to help our customers find and negotiate suitable accommodation solutions. Bookings are received by phone and email. You stand for security and service, you always find solutions. You develop the business relationship with our customers and focus on making Avisita the most attractive accommodation partner in the industry.

Who are you?
We are looking for an outgoing and sales-oriented person with a passion for customer satisfaction and providing top-notch service. The role of Booking Coordinator requires you to be skilled at planning and organizing your work, fast and like to negotiate. Good at establishing and developing good relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers. You enjoy working closely with customers and being a good advisor to help them find the best solution. To succeed, you have a strong self-motivation, you are curious and you are passionate about achieving good results. You have good computer skills and are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
