We are currently seeking a Head of Delivery for Avisita who is eager to lead and develop the next chapter in the future of optimal corporate housing

We’re now looking for a leader who wants to take the reins, set the agenda, and drive our Customer Team to the next level.
This isn't just an administrative role—it's a leadership role
You will be responsible for the operations, performance, and staff of Avisita’s Customer Team, which consists of booking coordinators and project coordinators. You will set the direction, raise the bar, and ensure that we grow by at least 20% annually without compromising on quality or the customer experience. You will be part of the executive team and report directly to the CEO from day one. You won’t wait for instructions. You will take the initiative.
What you actually do
- Leads and develops the team — providing guidance when needed, being clear when necessary
- Manages the budget, forecasts, and results for the Customer Team
- Leads the implementation of new processes, pricing models, and system changes
- Works with the product team to ensure that our system support functions optimally
- Adapting our working methods so that they work in Sweden today and in the next market tomorrow
- Is one of the voices around the executive table driving the company forward
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and are ready to take the next step. You’ve grown within a product company or similar environment where product, platform, and people come together, and you have a strong sense of systems, structure, and what it takes to scale. Experience in a leadership role within customer service or customer delivery is a plus. But it’s not primarily about your resume. It’s about who you are and what you bring to the table!
You’re curious. Bold. Visionary. You’re fired up by ideas and make things happen. You’re not afraid to speak your mind, make decisions, or challenge the status quo. You prefer creating something new to managing the old, and you’re sharp enough to know the difference between moving fast and moving in the wrong direction. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and you can both inspire your team at the weekly meeting and deliver the numbers at the management meeting.
