For us at Avisita, our relationship with our suppliers is more than just a contract. It is the foundation of the quality we deliver to our customers every day.
Recently, all of our booking coordinators on the Customer Team were invited to the Apple Hotel in Gothenburg. They were treated to breakfast, met the staff, and got to tour the facility and experience the hotel firsthand. It’s a hotel that’s highly appreciated by our customers, and in the first quarter of 2026 alone, we booked over 1,200 nights there.
Why is this visit so important?
Once our booking coordinators have visited the property, seen the rooms, met the front desk staff, and gotten a feel for the atmosphere, we can convey that experience to our customers in a whole new way. There’s a big difference between reading a description on a website and actually standing in the lobby, tasting the breakfast, and talking to the people who take care of our guests every day.
Our customers and guests aren’t just anyone. They are heroes who work every day to support our society in sectors such as infrastructure, industry, construction, and maintenance, to name a few. Of course, they deserve to live comfortably and sleep soundly at night!
Relationships aren't built in your inbox
We firmly believe that the best partnerships are built when we meet face to face. A booking is essentially a business transaction, but behind every booking there are people—at our company, at the accommodation facility, and on the customer’s end. When we understand each other, the end result is better, and working together becomes both more enjoyable and smoother!
A big thank you to Apple Hotel for a wonderful morning and for your warm welcome. We look forward to continuing to book many guests with you!
